A medium-ripening variety with a delayed formation of inflorescences. The leaves are large, 20-25 cm long, juicy, with a strong aroma, dark green in color. The plant is heavily leafy, retains its marketable qualities for a long time. The greens can be harvested 35-45 days after sowing, when the height of the plants reaches 10-20 cm. It is used fresh and dried, as well as for salting.
