Perennial ornamental-deciduous plant with a strong stem and large leaves, up to 2m high. Before planting, seeds are soaked in warm water, then the softened shell is carefully scarified. The optimum temperature for seed germination is 25-300C. Used to decorate rooms, terraces, balconies and winter gardens.
